As per your request, enclosed are the zoning regulations for Highway Commercial. The ongoing
construction you have observed on the property adjacent to Magnolia Parks is for the S.H. 121
Water Line project. The city is constructing a 12-inch water line along the south side of S.H.
121 that extends from Coppell Road to Denton Tap Road. The Planning Department does not
have any proposals for development of the parcel at this time.
