At the June 14, 2005 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your
firm. Enclosed with this letter are three original contract documents. Please execute the
three originals; provide the required bonds and return two of the executed documents to the
Engineering Department. One of the executed documents is for your file.
A preconstmction conference will need to be scheduled as soon as possible to begin this
project. The inspector on this project will be Larry Davis. If you have any questions or
need any additional information please feel free to give me a call.
