Dear Mr. Griffin:
We have completed our review o1' the bid tabulation, which we received on August 24, 1998, for
this project, it appears that some minor items in the specifications were not addressed as
requested during our review process. However, the items were not critical in stature but may
cause undermns as they arc not needed tbr the construction of the 30-inch water main.
To date, we have not yet received the final set of plans. We are unable to veril~ completely that all
issues which were brought up during thc review process have been addressed. Please ~nd us four
complete sets ol'plans and specifications including all addendums to this project.
