Notes: * (1). The above pier numbers are per the attached sketch.
(2). Water.seepages were encountered in all piers. Therefore, steel casin~ls with a 24" diameter/
15'-16' deep, a 30" diameter/19'-20' deep and a 36" diameter/20' deep were used.
(3).** Durin9 the withdrawl of the steel casin~l, the rebar cage was pulled 10' above ~lmund
(i.e. the lower 10' of this pier does not have rebam). The engineer (Steve Foose) has been
notified & will address this at a later date. I
(4). All above piers except #1 were satisfactory and in-accordance with the on-site foundation plan
by Steve Foose and dated 5118/05. I I
