Central Expressway Suite 330 Dallas, Texas 75231 Regarding: Villages of Coppell, Lot 27, Block A and The Villages of Coppell Owners Association Dear Mr. Toole: As of this time we have not been contacted by you or any representative of The Villages of Coppell Owners Association regarding our letter dated November 18. For your convenience we have attached a copy of the original letter. After closing on our home, we received in the mail a copy of the owners handbook for The Lakes of Coppell Owners Association. I have been informed that the covenants, conditions and restrictions for this association also pertain to The Villages of Coppell. If I am misinformed and separate covenants and restrictions apply to The Villages of Coppell Owners Association I would appreciate a copy of them. Due to the seriousness of the erosion problem this issue will be addressed, and repairs in place, by the Spring to avoid any further damage to the ditch outlet caused by Spring rains.
