Attached are copies of the previous letters we have sent to you regarding the erosion
problem that is continuing to occur on our property. We request yet one more time a
response regarding your intentions, as representative of The Villages of Coppell Owners
Association, to remedy the erosion problem on the above mentioned property. If you
have not responded within ten business days we will pursue other avenues of recourse.
