I hope to be albe to persuade those who will pay for the eventual reconsturction of my home, that monies spent now, in the form of making sure that the dirt stays underneath my foundation in a "Standard Proctor" approved condition, will save many more dollars in the future. As per our conversation this morning, you said that you would do your best to provide the following information before the end of the week. 1) The telephone nnmber and address by which I can contact the developer, Stephen Brooks. 2) I have left messages with the Geotech, Don Reed and with the contractor's represetative you suggested I speak with, Pat Atkins of Tipton Engineering. I have their mailing addresses. 3) The most recent Flood Plain Map. 4) Building Permit related to the consturction of my home. In addition to the above, as per the letter dated September 8, 1992, regarding the City of Coppell's request of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to revise "...the effective 100-year floodplain and effective floodway boundaries along Denton Creek...", I want the following.
