We fell confident that the subdivision was built (not by Westchester) according to city
requirements and that proper procedures/inspections and evaluations of the creek side
were performed prior to development".
As owner ora creek lot, it is reasonable to expect to have more maintenance due to being
adjacent to the creek than other lot owners. And, like any water front property depending
upon the whims of nature, creek side lot maintenance can be extensive at times.
If you wish, we would be glad to recommend several companies who specialize in yard
repair, yard maintenance, bulkheads and/or tiewalls.
