I understand that you will be getting in touch today with Stephen Brooks of Grand Homes
and John Moore of Westchester. As members of HAB, they must respond to the Board of
Directors of HAB as to how they will deal with a customer complaint. I hope to hear
fi.om you shortly, in written form, as to acknowledging our conversation and how those
involved plan to respond to my situation.
I will follow-up with your suggestion and contact the District Attorney General of the
County of Dallas and Coppell's City Attorney.
