RE: BEI Properties Addition/Lot 1, Block A
Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Hamilton:
The City' of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for thc referenced addition. These
plans meet our current minimum standards with the exception of':
Note that the proposed 4" sanitary sewer line be installed by dry bore. Provide a profile
of the proposed line and include all existing utility crossings. Ensure there are no
conflicts and that all separations meet TCEQ requirements. Place a clean-out at the
properly line.
Once these changes have been made, please submit revised copies for the City Engineer's
stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your
office should submit as many additional sets for stamping as necessary for construction
operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans
approved by the City of Coppell.
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a
2% inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This would
include dirt work, paving, storm drain, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. that arc
private. For all installations in public right-of-v~ay, the City of Coppcll charges a 4% fee.
A check for inspection fees made to City of Coppell should be submitted to this office
along with the Construction Development permit and a copy of the contract(s) with the
appropriate 2% and 4% calculations shown for verification purposes.
If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Charlene La Mattina, E.I.T.
