Hamilton Consulting 601 Harwood Road Hurst, TX 76054 RE: BEI Properties Addition/Lot 1, Block A Construction Plan Review Comments Dear Mr. Hamilton: The City' of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for thc referenced addition. These plans meet our current minimum standards with the exception of': Note that the proposed 4" sanitary sewer line be installed by dry bore. Provide a profile of the proposed line and include all existing utility crossings. Ensure there are no conflicts and that all separations meet TCEQ requirements. Place a clean-out at the properly line. Once these changes have been made, please submit revised copies for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets for stamping as necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2% inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This would include dirt work, paving, storm drain, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. that arc private. For all installations in public right-of-v~ay, the City of Coppcll charges a 4% fee. A check for inspection fees made to City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with the Construction Development permit and a copy of the contract(s) with the appropriate 2% and 4% calculations shown for verification purposes.
