Dear Mr. Griffin,
Regarding my specific request for any type of compaction report, regarding the fill dirt
that was placed behind my house (Lot 25) or the houses on Lots 24,26 & 27, I can assume
that no such compaction test was done, therefore no tests results are available.
Also, regarding the report drafted by Mr. Reed, of which I enclosed with the May 10th
letter, please read it.
