This letter will serve as the requested response to those issues. Our attorney has informed you that it is the responsibility of the adjacent homeowners to address the issue as described in the letter. Also, the City has provided you with a substantial amount of documentation concerning the development of this property. At this time, the City considers this issue resolved per your request in your May 5, 1995 letter.
