Slope failure behind the homes located at 973, 977, 981 8:985 Parker Drive in
Coppell, Texas, and the letter dated May 5, 1995.
Dear Mr. Griffin,
I am in receipt of your letter dated May 15, 1995, attached.
In this letter you say, "This letter will serve as the requested response to those issues." If
you are referring to something the city attorney has told me, I want to make it clear that
he has told me nothing.
Since you and your attorney have said nothing regarding the "issues" as stated in the
above mentioned letter, I request that the City of Coppell's attorney draft a letter,
addressed to all of the affected residents, as to the city's position regarding the issue of the
slope failure.
In addition, the letter dated May 5, 1995 was drafted, signed and mailed by my neighbors.
They asked my wife and I to also consider signing the subject letter.
I hope you have read the professional report, dated April, 1994, (included with the
certified letter I sent to you dated May 10, 1995) which was drafted by Ronald F. Reed.
Ron is the civil engineer that did all of the geotech reports relating to the land
development where my house is located.
