They will observe that there has already been a change in the property since the most recent photograph I supplied with the April 27th letter. The side gate, which is never locked, will provide access to the back of the house. However, always have Mr. Moore or his agents knock on the front door first, in order to make my wife aware of their presents. I also request that those who inspect the property be able to identify themselves, and to leave a business card at the residence each and every time they visit the property.
