Dear Mr. Bush:
I am in receipt of your letter, dated May 17th, 1995, pertaining to your representation of
Westchester Homes. In response to your request, I would like to arrange for your client and their
respective Engineer to "inspect the claimed defect", take photographs and document any findings
necessary. They will observe that there has already been a change in the property since the most
recent photograph I supplied with the April 27th letter. This situation is dynamic and changes with
every rainfall.

In regard to your client (Westchester Homes),"...and its designated engineer be allowed to
inspect the claimed defects involving the property in back of your house..."; please convey
to your client that my wife and I will be glad to accommodate his request.
The side gate, which is never locked, will provide access to the back of the house.
However, always have Mr. Moore or his agents knock on the front door first, in order to
make my wife aware of their presents. I also request that those who inspect the property
be able to identify themselves, and to leave a business card at the residence each and every
time they visit the property.
Also enclosed is a May 16, 1995 correspondence to Mr. Moore for your records.

findings and observations.
