We believe any resolution must involve the City of Coppell and the engineers involved in planning, designing and constructing the subdivision. We need more time to secure their involvement to the degree necessary to formulate a response. Accordingly, we request an extension of time until Friday, July 21, 1995 to make a settlement offer under the Residential Construction Liability Act. Besides giving us additional time to make the offer, an extension would not diminish or prejudice the rights of any party.
