Dear Ken:
The owners of the four lots in question have requested to attend our meeting on August
10th, I believe it would benefit all concerned if we seek their input.
The purpose of their presence would be to provide us with pertinent information they
might have relating to their property. After answering any questions we might have,
they will leave and allow us to proceed with the meeting.
The meeting place has been changed to the Harvey Hotel - DFW at Highway 114 and
Esters in the Live Oak Room. The meeting time is still 10 a.m., August 10th. I look
forward to seeing you then.
