Billingsley Floodplain Reclamation Plans & Existing Irving Water Main
I wanted to update you regarding the proposed fill over the existing
54-inch Irving water main and 48-inch DWU water main running in
easements along the easterly boundary line of the property.
We met with the City of Irving today and they denied our request to
place fill over their water main.
As a result, we will modify the grading, pulling back so we match our
toe of slope at the west line of the water main easement (50-feet west
of the easterly boundary line.
