City fire hydrant west of building on 121: mark on curb in red FHV and paint valve lid red.
All DC need test paperwork: irrigation, domestic, and vaults.
Fire hydrant west of building #3 cannot get on valve to fn'e hydrant.
City fire hydrant on Forest Hill: valve is missing and fire hydrant will have to be raised.
Cannot check domestic meter on south side of building for leak; water standing over meter
cans.
Fire hydrant south of building #3 cap will not come offto check fire hydrant.
Fire hydrant east of building #3 cap will not come offto check fire hydrant.
Missing new 12" main line valve on i21 - 12" water main
City fire hydrant north of building on 121 needs new pad around valve and fire hydrant is
bent over.
10. Fire hydrant north side of building bent over.
11. Lower FDC at building #1 to 30" per Fire Department.
12. Manhole on Forest Hill pipe at bottom will not flow; pipe need's work and reset chimney
seal at top of manhole. ·

Walk-thru Vista Point II
Fix damaged spots on sidewalk marked with white paint.
Seal saw cuts in curb all around.
Remove zip strips on ADA ramps and seal.
4. No signs for turn lane.
