Construction in Floodway, 118 Winding Hollow
The Building Inspections DeparUnent received a request for permission to build a gazebo in the
floodway and drainage easement at 118 Winding Hollow (Lot 29, Block B, Village at
Cottonwood Creek).
Please review and return with your approval/disapproval by April 15, 1991.
It is my understanding that the contractor plans on raising the floor of the gazebo at least
twelve (12) inches above ground level to reduce any interference with any possible water flow.
If you need any further information, please don't' hesitate to contact me.

instruction booklet containing over 50

an individual with limited carpentry

All the homeowner has to supply is
the hardware (nails & concrete
blocks), one free weekend to set it
