Dear Mr. Bonnet:
An inspection of the referenced project has been conducted by representatives of the City of
Coppell prior to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond.
The following items need to be resolved prior to September 2, 2005:
1. Storm sewer inlet needs to be cleaned out, there is concrete in it south of the fire lane.
2. The handicap ramps do not comply with ADA specifications.

to correct the deficiencies.
