Dear Keith:
Majestic-Park West, L.P., as Owner of the property noted above, hereby agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless the City of Coppell Texas against each and every claim, demand or
cause of action that may be made or come against it by reason of or in any way arising out of
revisions required to the Permit set of Construction Drawings as previously submitted to the
Building and Engineering Development, pursuant to or as a result of City of Coppell Engineering
Department review of the Final Plat previously submitted for permits to the City of Coppell.
This request is made by Owner specifically to facilitate acceptance of the permit application and
construction drawings for review of work associated with construction of Owner's development,
known as Park West Commerce Center, prior to approval, filing, and recordation of the Final
Plat. Majestic-Park West, L.P., will not hold the City of Coppell liable due to any changes
between the start of the early grading work and the final approval of the plans by the City
