Re: Lone Star Gas Company Easement
Dear Mr. Marvin:
The undersigned is the owner of Park West Commerce Center, Lot 2R-3, Block 2 which
is 16.8 acres of property located at the northwest comer of Beltline Road and Airline Road. A 50
foot easement is located on the property. Please be advised that nothing in the Lone Star Gas
easement prevents paving or landscaping to be located on it. The owner will require its
contractors to take appropriate precautions to protect the gas line. The owner or its contractors
will indemnify and hold harmless the city due to any construction activities within the easement.
