I was informed today that your company has applied for a Certificate of Occupancy for
the referenced project. Please be aware that work permitted under the Construction
Development permit has not been accepted by the City of Coppell's Engineering Dept.
Your company has not requested a walk-thru inspection from your assigned inspector,
Garreth Campbell, nor have you provided the 2-year maintenance bond required by our
Subdivision Ordinance to cover infrastructure work done in connection with this project.
If you need more information on the requirements for Final Acceptance that will allow
you to receive the Certificate of Occupancy in a timely manner, please call me at the
number below as soon as possible.
