WHEREAS, under date of June 27, 1929, Mrs. S. Myers, a
feme sole, executed and delivered to Lone Star Gas Company, a
corporation, a certain right of way and easement covering 163
acres, more or less, out of the J. A. Simmons Survey, Abstract
No. 1296, Dallas County, Texas, and which said right of way
agreement is recorded in Volume 1577, Page 8, Deed Records, Dallas
County, Texas, reference to which said recorded instrument is
hereby had and made for any and ail uurposes in connection here-
with; and
WHEREAS, under date of Jun(~ 1'~, 1929, W. E. Corbin and
wife, Mrs. F. J. Corbin, executed and delivered to Lone Sta~ Gas
Company, a corporation, a certain right of way and easement
connection herewith; and
land, SAVE AND EXCEPT a strii~ of Jnnd fifty (50) feet in width
of way and easement agreements all of the land above describedt
SAVE AND EXCEPT a strip of land fifty (50) feet in width, twenty
(20) feet of which shall be located on the left side and thirty
(30) feet of which shall be located on the right side of the
following described route, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the West right-of-way
line of Belt Line Road along the East line of a
274.83 acrs tract known as the Henry S. Miller
Co., Trustee, tract, described in that certain
deed dated February 16, 1971, recorded in Volume
71034, Page 1887, Deed Records of Dallas County,
Texas, said point being a distance of 1,200 feet
s0O09'w along and with the West line of Belt Line
Road from its intersection with the South line of
60 feet wide Coppell Road along the North line
of said 274.83 acre tract;
THENCE S80°30'W a distance of 20 feet to an
angle point;
THENCE S0°09,W parallel with and 20 feet West
of thc West right-~f-wny lithe of Belt Line
point;
THENCE S89°47'~ [ --allcl and 20 feet North of
the South l~nc of ~aid 274.83 acre tract a
distance of 3,894 ~cf t to a point in the West
