Myers, a feme sole, executed and delivered to Lone Star Gas Company, a corporation, a certain right of way and easement covering 163 acres, more or less, out of the J. A. Simmons Survey, Abstract No. 1296, Dallas County, Texas, and which said right of way agreement is recorded in Volume 1577, Page 8, Deed Records, Dallas County, Texas, reference to which said recorded instrument is hereby had and made for any and ail uurposes in connection here- with; and WHEREAS, under date of Jun(~ 1'~, 1929, W.
