Dave,
We should do an engineering permit as well. I know we will want to
inspect the water and sewer installation as well as the pavement repair.
There will also be additional impact fees associated with the additional
water meter.
In addition, you will need to coordinate with our Environmental Health
department for necessary discharge permits and sampling point locations.
