ON
AMENDMENT OF IMPACT FEES
A Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on August 23, 2005 in the
City Council Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd., Coppell, Texas.
The Purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the amendment of
Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvement Plan and the imposition
of an Impact Fee.
Any member of the public has the right to appear at the Public Hearing
to present evidence either for or against the Amendment to the Land
Use Assumptions, Capital Improvement Plan and the imposition of an
Impact Fee.
