Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Caruthers:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
Cover Sheet
1. Include the name of the subdivision, "Vista Ridge," on the cover sheet.
Grading & Paving Plan
2. Construct the sidewalks for lots 1BR and 2 along Plaza Boulevard with this phase. The
sidewalk should be one foot off the property line in the ROW. Construct sidewalks and
ADA ramps along Highland Drive as required by the City of Lewisville. Provide
dimensions of the sidewalks.
3. A profile of section A-A is shown on the sheet but not in the plan view. Show where
section A-A will be constructed in the plan view, or remove the profile if it will not be
constructed.
Storm Sewer Plan & Profile
4. Will the wye's constructed for future use be plugged?
Water Plan
5. The 4" FDC lines are labeled as water lines. They should be labeled "FDC lines".
Verify that the FDC lines meet any separation requirements between them and the
sanitary sewer line. Re-route as necessary.

Include the size and location of any domestic and irrigation water meters that will be
installed with this phase of construction so that Water and Sewer Impact Fees may be
assessed.
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of
revised plans to the City for review. If you have any questions or would tike to meet to
