After conversations with Ms. Rovillo, she is acceptable to letting us built the retaining
wall on her property adjacent to Sandy Lake Road and putting the eight foot stockade
fence on top of that retaining wall. Mike convey this to Kimley Horn so that the
appropriate revisions can be made and possibly a change order issued at the pre-bid
meeting. This will eliminate the double retaining walls along Sandy Lake Road.
