City of Coppell to grant JMC a $900.00 fee credit to be applied toward City fees for JMC's upcoming lot expansion (based upon 2% of estimated fees). 2. City of Coppell to grant JMC a $27,490 fee credit for its future Bldg. expansion adjacent to the current structure (based upon 2% of estimated fees. 3. City of Coppell to pay JMC the sum of $13,051.50 offered in Kenneth Griffith's letter to JMC President Robert Kulick dated June 13, 2005 (based upon $1.25 sq. ft. X an estimated 10,441.2 sq. ft. of easement Pine). 4. Incorporation of such other terms discussed in Mr. Griffith's Petter, set forth in the City's initial proposed Sanitary Easement, or that we discussed (such as concerning man hole covers).
