I just spoke to Jim for the second time. The subcontractor with Klaasmeyer
is going to settle with the customer for the full amount that he has
requested. Our contractor has informed the customer that his claim is turned
over to an insurance company. When the customer learned of this direction,
he took a more cooperative approach as opposed to his original bitterness. I
will inform our contractors about the settlement and will maintain a copy of
the release that Mr. Michael Odle will have to sign to receive a check.

The attached email is a response from one of our contractors that caused the
damage. I will follow through to ensure that the customer is handled
appropriately.
