Halff Associates, Inc. 8616 Northwest Plaza Dallas, TX 75225 RE: Amberpoint Business Park/Lot 2R, Block A Construction Plan Review Comments Dear Mr. McGraw: The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: Plat 1. Fire lane should extend to driveway thatis served by the proposed median opening on Sandy Lake Road. Paving Plan 2. Fire lane paving should cover fire lane listed in Comment 1. Once these changes have been made, please submit tkree sets of revised copies of the final construction plans for the City Engineer's stamp and as many copies as necessary for your contractors' construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the stamped plans approved by the City of Coppell. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2% inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This would include dirt work, paving, storm drain, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. that are private. For all installations in public right-of-way, the City of Coppell charges a 4% fee. A check for inspection fees made to City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with a copy of the contract(s) with the appropriate 2% and 4% calculations shown for verification purposes.
