These plans meet our current minimum standards. As a reminder, any changes to the "Vista Ridge, Lots 1R-8, Block D, Infrastructure" plans may generate comments regarding this set of plans. Additionally, the final approval of these plans for permitting will not be given until the completion of Plaza Boulevard. Please submit copies for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell. If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience.
