The original estimme for the referenced project included three days labor and equipment
to form, pour the footing, place the 30" gate valve and manhole structure. Bowever, the
vault that was required at this location required an additional five days labor and
equipment to form and ~cour thc bosom mid first four feet of iertical wall.
Accordingly, we respectfully request an increase in our contract to compensate ~br th~s
