Nothing has been submitted to our office for permitting yet. Go ahead

Have you received any paperwork from the Owner or Contractor on the
Billingsley Floodplain project?
I spoke with John Elias yesterday and he received the tree removal
permit for Phase I. He said he could release the permit when the fee is
paid.
I am going to sign & seal the plans and get your sets as well as extras
