Dear Mr. Estopinal:
The City of Coppell recently completed a walk-thru inspection for the water, se;wer,
paving and drainage facilities in the referenced project. Enclosed for your review is a list
of items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance of these facilities. In addition,
we are in need of the necessary maintenance bonds to cover the public portion of these
facilities, the required sets of as-built plans and a copy of all lab test reports.
