I did receive the plans. I will hold them until everything else has
been recieved, then we will schedule the pro-con. I11 sign them and
return them at that meeting.

Today you will be receiving 10-sets of signed and sealed plans for the
Billingsley Floodplain project for the City "Approved for Construction"
stamp, in anticipation of the preconstruction conference.
I assume you will hold on to them and return the other 7 sets at the
precon conference?
