Palmer, We have a multi year project to resurface all the asphalt streets within the Northlake Woodlands Subdivisions. This does include Rolling Hills Circle. Unfortunately this years project is bounded on the north by Bethel School Road. All the streets north of Bethel School have concrete curb and gutter with asphalt between the concrete. When we began this project we noted that much of the concrete also was in need of repair. Dallas county will not perform the concrete repair. Over the next few months we will be surveying and preparing plans for that concrete repair. Then when next years budgeted funds become available we will work on the repair and resurfacing of the streets within the Northlake Woodlands phases 6 and 7 which will include Rolling Hills Cimle. Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions about this project. Keith R. I saw that there has been some resurfacing to Hunter's Ridge, which is just down Bethel School from me, and I was wondering if our cul-de-sac is scheduled for resurfacing too. I am asking, because when Rolling Hills was resurfaced a few years ago, the workers stopped at Bethel School and did not cross the street and do our cul-de-sac. Thanking you in advance for that information, Mm. Karen Palmer 406 Rolling Hills Circle Coppell, TX 75019 palmersl~att(~lobal.net CC: Utility
