Mr. Marvin,
I have received your letter addressing your concerns. I am writing to inform you of our intentions to
complete this project on time.
As of today we have poured on half of the lane addition and will pour the remaining tomorrow. We are
waiting on Rone Engineers to give us results on the sub grade compaction beneath the stamped
concrete paving It seems that they never took a proctor of the raw sub grade only for the lime sub
grade This has set us back a couple of days. If the proctors had taken in a timely manner we would be
pouring the stamped concrete on Saturday. But now we are looking at placing the CTB on Saturday
and pouring the first phase of the stamped concrete either Monday or Tuesday. We will utilize a high
early strength concrete mix design to open the lane in three days With this said we will be down to the
last days of the deadline for the August 12~ date,
