1. Please resubmit with the correct project name where the proposed work will
take place (Plaza Town_homes is not a City of Coppell project).
2. Include in your request a statement agreeing to pay the inspector's overtime
rate of $54/hr. with a 4-hour minimum charge.
3. Clarify whether the resulting overtime payment request should be sent to
Jamey Burchett or to your attention.
