The following is a summary of thc major points that were brought up at the meeting held
on December 6, 1999. These comments reflect the concerns of the adjacent cities along
the SH114/SH 121 corridor and will be studied further to determine their feasibility.
Coppell * Move ramp north of Canyon Driv~ (Corporate) near SH 121 byp~s.
· Entrance from Sandy Lake (northbound) needs to be a full diamond interchange
with braided ramps (s~e K/mley Horn plan).
· Need better access from Bass Pro to northbound SH121.
· Need eastbound entrance ramp from Freeport (braided ramping).
· Better acce,ss to Bass Pro from the north.
· Better access from south to Bethel (maintain current access).
Flower Mound
· Diamond interchange at Freeport and SHI21.
Grapevine
Do not put a grade separation at FIVI2499 and Grapevine Mills.
Diamond interchanges at Freeport and Sandy t~ke Road.
Possibly look at removing si~ual at Mall entrance on FM2499 and restricting
access at this point. This will depend on accident data.
Look at adding 8 lanes to P'M2499.
· Southbound SH121 should go next to the mall instead of direct connector at
IH635.
· Southbound SH121 access to C-rapevine Mills Mall.
· Need good access from Ba~s Pro to eastbound IH635.
Keep everything a~-grade on FM 2499.
· Direct access from southbound $H 121 to $H26 at II-I635 is fine,
· Need norlhbound ramp to Bethel Road.
· Consider a frontage road box at H-I635 with the direct connectors in order to
improve access to Bass Pro.
· Leave in northbound access ramp to William D. Tare

· Need access tom LP 382 from westbound SH 114 and DFW airport.
· Need service roads on northwest side.
· LP382 needs to be treated as a major arterial.
· Ne, ed westbound exit to Main Street.
Look at putting X-ramp configuration or braided ramps on both sides of
SH114.

Want direct connector from FlviI709 to SH114 just east of IOmball Road.
Need good connection to southbound SHI21 and SH360.
Possibly look at direct connector in westbound direction only.
Colleyviile
· Need connection from SH26 to/from SH121 and SH360.
· Need access from direct connectors to/from frontage road.
· Need access from William D. Tate to SH121 and SH360.
