After taking the information and feedback from the Second Public Meeting and the
last Technical Committee Meeting, thc study team has developed a preliminary
screening of thc Cnnceptual Alternatives. Thc screening enabled the number of
alternatives to be reduced from Iwenty alternatives down I(7 a more manageable
ten allernatives. The~ ten alternatives represent the viable alternatives to be
presented at the Third Public Meeting scheduled for December 10, 1998.
The Texas Department of Transportation invites you to attend the Technical
Committee Meeting scheduled l~)r November 2, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. in
Conference Ronm A a! City ( 'Grapewne s C y Hall. The address is 200 South
Main Street.
This meeting will give us an opportunity to solicit feedback from the committee
members on the initial screening phase, as well as discuss other topics to be
presented at the upcoming Public Meeting. Furthermore, a detailed discussion of
the baseline traffic model output will be presented to the committee members by
NCTCOG.
