During the technical committee meeting for the S.H. 114/S.H. 121 Major Investment
Study (MIS) held on July 27, 1998, you received a map of the Year 2020 Mobility Plan highway
network for the City of Coppell. With efforts underway on the MIS, our emphasis has been on
providing the most updated information possible for modeling purposes. Please review the map
we distributed for consistency with your City's thoroughfare plan. The map contains the
following information:
· Roadway links color-coded by functional class as depicted in the legend
in the bottom right-hand corner of the map
· Street names above each roadway link
· Total number of lanes below each roadway link
· The map scale as inches to feet
Please make note on the map itself of any project within your city limits that is not depicted on
the map and has funding committed or reasonably committed to it. We would appreciate your
forwarding the reviewed map and any comments you may have to the following mailing address
no later than August 6, 1998.
