Let Dallas District pick up SH 114 MIS from Loop 12 to District 2 & District 18 boundary. Dan Lamers/NCTCOG: Bob Price/City of Grapevine: Our MIS limits are mostly confined to a sprawling interchange area, but there is a need to focus on the feeders into the study area. CLOSING STATEMENTS: Joe Atwood/TxDOT: Discussion of acceptance or criticism of revised project timeline. Increase time allowed for FEA/FONSI from 8 months to 12 months. With this change approve timeline for publishing in Newsletter. Dan Lamers/NCTCOG: Timeline needs a note that mentions Option 2 (concurrent MIS/NEPA).
