Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Mr Witt: The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)-Fort Worth District, is beginning a Major Investment Study (MIS) of the SH 114 and SH 121 corridor north of the DFW Airport. The limits of the study are from SP 382 west of Grapevine to the Dallas County line.
