The Texas Department of Transportation intends to improve the SH 114/SH 121 corridor in
Grapevine from Spur 382 to the Dallas County Line. A representative fi'om your organization is
invited to attend a Major Investment Study kickoffmeeting for the corridor. This meeting will be
held in the Transportation Board Room (3rd floor) at the North Central Texas Council of
Governments (NCTCOG), 616 Six Flags Drive, Arlington, Texas, on September 30, at 9:30 a.m..
