A review has been completed of your revised request of July 20 (which includes certain
modifications you've made to utilities and parking design), in response to our den/al letter dated July
14, concerning the proposed development, which affects the referenced Atmos Energy Corporation
("Atmos") high-pressure natural gas pipeline and 50' wide easement (V-71 167, P-1302).
Atmos appreciates your cooperation in removing the proposed fire hydrant and water lines from the
easement. For safety as well as other operation and maintenance issues, Atmos cannot permit
the proposed parking lot within the gas easement.
