Utilities
Thank you so much for the use of your utility list and your contact
information list. It gave me all of the small guys that I had to worry
about. I have number my list in the same order that you used to
hopefully make it easier to cross reference. Our big deal is TXU and
Verizon. They are both working on it and hopefully will be finished
soon.
TXU did ask for some direction from Coppell concerning the priory of
the Sandy Lake plans (which he feels are the most important since
construction has either started or is about to start) and Bethel.
Richey Brewstar (214) 486-4245 was to call for direction.
I found a change for Above Net. It is still Pete Neilson but the
address and numbers have changed

Bass Pro Utility Relocations
1) Explorer Pipeline-Easement from D/FW. We will continue with project.
2) Atmos No facilities in the way
3) TXU Electric Delivery - Pole line on north side of the road. Will need to be moved. Plans sent to
Richey Brewster. He asked for direction from Coppell on priority of Bethel and Sandy Lake Plans.
Would like to leave facilities in place near the SH 121 crossing as not to have to cross SH 121 again.
Will need to look at sidewalk placement and the poles.
4) Verizon Underground on south side of roadway with an above ground crossing over Cottonwood
Branch. Robert Martinez. Will send a new set of plans to his office. He will outsource to John
Powell.
