RE: Fire Protect Arrangement
Dear Sir:
This letter serves to inform you that Klaasmeyer Construction agrees to your proposal to
provide fire protection for our firm. It is agreed that the city will provide the following
personnel. Captain, Engineer and Firefighter for our use between the hours of 8:00am
and 5:00pm Monday through Friday until further notice. It is my understanding that we
will be billed at overtime rate for these men and it estimated that the cost will be
approximately $750.00 each day. Per our previous discussion this arrangement
commenced August 4, 2005. Please contact Beth Gray at our corporate of/ice to
