On the above date, representatives of SAM Engineering & Testing, L.P. performed the following testing
and inspection services:
A. Five lime depth tests were performed on the Lime Stabilized Subgrade (LSS) and obtained the following results:
Test #1 Location: Plaza Blvd. STA #: 2+00 Lime Depth: 6"
Test #2 Location: Plaza Blvd. STA #: 5+00 Lime Depth: 8"
Test #3 Location: Plaza Blvd. STA #: 7+00 Lime Depth: 7"
Test ~ Location: Plaza Blvd. STA #: 9+00 Lime Depth: 6"
Test #5 Location: Plaza Bird. STA #: 12+00 Lime Depth: 6"
B. Based on the above test results, the depth of the LSS ranged from 6" to 8" with an average of 7".
Therefore, the depth of the LSS meet/exceed minimum requirement of 6".
