Billingsley Company acknowledges that the City of Coppell has approved au early
grading permit for the floodplain reclamation project near the southwest comer of
Belt]Jne Road and MacA.rthur Blvd. Thc City of Copl~ll has approved the early gradin8
peymit without condition of an approved site plan. It is understood that Billingsley
Company will be solely responsible fox any futut~c changes to thc grades or grading if so
required for approval of any futur~ development of the site.
